The Sweetest Place on Earth

For Kate's birthday we gave her a trip to Hershey Park for the whole family.  One recent Thursday, we got up at dawn and loaded in the car.  We arrived at the park as the gates were opening at 10am and we didn't leave until after 8pm.  Jack and Kate rode more than 40 rides -- every ride they were big enough to go on -- some twice.  Jack rode 3 roller coasters, including the Sooperdooperlooper and The Comet.  We even stopped at Chocolate World on the way out and took a turn on the kiss packing line.  It was a day for the whole family!
